Want a pilates body but can't afford the private sessions? Absolution has the solution. If you've been waiting for a sign from God or winning the lottery to get involved with the most effective and rewarding fitness program imaginable and just aren't as turned on by the idea of mat classes, consider this the sign you've been waiting for.

Here's how it works: Absolution hosts the most comprehensive and well-respected pilates instructor training program in Los Angeles. We take pride in supplying almost every top-rated pilates studio or gym with fantastic pilates instructors. It is one of our favorite things to do.

When our trainees are roughly halfway through their program, we encourage them to begin teaching at the reduced rate of $35/hour. What this means, is you can come to "the best pilates studio in LA" (LA MAGAZINE) and use the best pilates equipment made today (gratz industries) for only $35 an hour during the duration of our teacher training program ...roughly six more months...before the trainees graduate into "normal" rates for instructors at absolution and elsewhere.

If you want to bring a friend, (we totally believe in the success of "the buddy system" and encourage this at absolution...in fact, it will drive your price down even more...the cost is $30 each. And its fun to do with a friend.

Working with a trainee is a fantastic way to get pilates - apparatus results without breaking the bank. Especially if you are a beginner, believe us, our trainees will kick your ass and give suprising results.

There are a limited number of trainees available.

Our current trainees are available beginning May 15, 2007.

trainee packages are available in packages of ten for $350. duet packages are available for $300 for a package of 10.

Packages of 30 sessions with a trainee are available for $900...but you must complete your package before they graduate in the end of November.
