We recommend starting with our intro packages. Although all of our workouts are available in packages of 10, 20, 30 or special design, it can be kind of overwhelming when you get so excited you don’t know what to do first. In the beginning, we recommend trying one of our “intro packages”. We’ve adjusted the single session price to encourage this. You can learn what you like, and which instructors you “click with”. Then we can design a program for you with your goals and skills in mind...and throw in a little excitement, too.
